    This is the worst company I have ever encountered regarding customer service. They shipped a package of paint brushes to me instead of the keyboard I ordered. I took a picture and started a claim process with their “Saved by package protection” insurance that I purchased. That conpany declared it was a fullfillment issue not a shipping issue and pointed me back to Higherground for resolution. HG stated they needed to start a claim process before reshipping, which woukd put me outside of the 14 day refund window. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Leaving this review because I recently spilled an entire energy drink on my Hg Bonsai keyboard and it survived! I cleaned it all up and its working great. The near death of this keyboard made me reflect on how much I really love it. I've had it for 4 years now and never had a problem with it. I love its weight, the shape and design of the keys, and its sound. Such a solid product I couldn't recommend it more. P.S. Higround pls bring back the Bonsai color!
